From October 30th to 31st, the 2024 Intelligent Electric Vehicle Forward-looking Technology and Ecological Chain Cooperation Exhibition and Exchange Meeting concluded successfully. Ruhlamat was honoured to be invited to exhibit and showcase its smart manufacturing solutions at the event.

Apart from bar-wound stator solutions, Ruhlamat's project experience in the three-electric system extensively covers comprehensive services for electric drive assemblies, motor assemblies, hub motors, rotors, stators, DC-DC converters, BMS, OBCs, and gearboxes, all aimed at providing customers with one-stop smart manufacturing solutions. In the field of steer-by-wire chassis systems, Ruhlamat's project experience includes the following areas:

Powertrain System - Clutch, FDU, transmission, coupling, drive shafts, 4WD modules, final drive assemblies, differentials, half shafts, etc. Steering System - Automated production solutions for complete assemblies and corresponding components of C-EPS, P-EPS, and R-EPS, as well as power packs, servo motors, sensor units, steering columns, intermediate shafts, input shafts, torque sensors, and steering assist control units (ECUs).Suspension System - Magnetorheological systems, CDC, air spring shock absorbers, air springs, and suspension subframes. Braking System - Steer-by-wire braking system assemblies, truck ABS valve bodies, brake pedals, throttle brakes, and SCS, among others.
