Rear-Wheel Steering Automated Assembly and Testing Line
By intelligently adjusting the posture of the steering gear set through robots, the automatic docking between robots and AGV is realized. The AGV completes the automatic distribution of materials, which greatly improves the efficiency of material turnover. Robots can flexibly adjust the posture of the steering gear to ensure the stability and reliability of the assembly process.
The production line features a highly flexible design with reserved expansion interfaces, enabling rapid switching between multiple models of rear-wheel steering systems on the same platform and supporting production expansion.
The testing section is equipped with an independently developed rear-wheel steering performance test bench and noise testing system, with core testing equipment self-developed and manufactured in-house.
