Recently, Ruhlamat successfully delivered an industry-leading fully automated assembly line for closed-loop air supply units. Integrating Ruhlamat's core advantages in "full automation, modularization, and rapid delivery," the project sets a new benchmark for the industry.
The air supply unit is a key component of the air suspension system, responsible for regulating the intake and exhaust of gas in air springs. It must meet stringent requirements including low power consumption, minimal heat generation, compact size, light weight, high durability, and a long service life. Based on the degree of air exchange between the system and the external environment, air suspension air supply units are categorized into open-loop and closed-loop types.
This production line achieves 100% full automation, with zero manual intervention throughout the entire process – from loading, assembly, and testing to offline packaging. By eliminating human errors, it realizes a leapfrog improvement in product consistency and quality stability. Completed in just 4.5 months, the project was put into production 44% ahead of the industry average, enabling the customer to launch their products into the market earlier. Meanwhile, the line boasts an Overall Equipment Efficiency (OEE) of over 85% and a yield rate of 97%, with all key indicators significantly outperforming industry standards.
The entire line is divided into multiple functionally independent modules, ensuring standardized and verifiable stability with greater flexibility. Individual modules can be independently debugged and directly replaced, drastically reducing downtime and safeguarding production continuity for the customer. Additionally, the modular process guarantees consistent quality across production batches, meeting the customer's stringent quality requirements. Currently, the line has achieved a 30% increase in production capacity, and with module replication and expansion, it can be quickly upgraded to meet future capacity expansion needs.
As Ruhlamat's first fully automated production line for closed-loop air supply units, the successful mass production within a short timeframe fully demonstrates the team's professional technical strength and efficient execution capabilities. More importantly, this delivery has further deepened Ruhlamat's project experience in core components of air suspension systems. Currently, the company covers multiple key modules including air springs, air reservoirs, closed-loop air supply units, and open-loop air supply units, accumulating full-link intelligent manufacturing capabilities.
