On March 31st, 2025, Centurium Capital has completed the acquisition of ruhlamat Automation Technologies (Suzhou) Co., Ltd. and its global subsidiaries and affiliates. Centurium Capital has signed the definitive purchase agreement for the acquisition from ruhlamat GmbH on December 2024. All transaction conditions and merger control requirements have been met, and the acquisition has been successfully completed and become effective as planned. This acquisition marks that ruhlamat group (hereinafter referred to as "the Group") will step into a new stage of development and further accelerate its global strategic layout.

ruhlamat group consists of ruhlamat Automation Technologies (Suzhou) Co., Ltd. and its global subsidiaries and affiliated companies in Asia Pacific, Europe and North America. Centurium Capital completed the acquisition of the Group's shareholding through ruhlamat (Singapore), which was set up by Centurium Capital's offshore US dollar fund, backed by a diverse network of international institutional investors, including renowned pension funds, sovereign wealth funds, family offices, and funds of funds around the world. ruhlamat (Singapore), as the Group’s holding headquarters, will hold the ownership of the brands and trademarks, 'ruhlamat', '儒拉玛特', 'ruhla' and 'ruhlaSmart'. The former ruhlamat GmbH, which is still part of the Mack Group, is undergoing a comprehensive rebranding phase to strategically reposition itself and create an independent identity that reflects its future direction and focus.
